Stuart consults on business commercialisation and government grants. He specialises in the R&D Tax Incentive program, The Export Market Development Grant (EMDG) and government business programs. Over a 30-year career, Stuart has worked in management and operational roles for larger companies in insurance, retail, chemicals and agriculture. This has given him a clear understanding of the scientific and technical aspects of product development and research along with a strong commercial focus, before joining with long-time associate Robert Jones in Vebiz, their specialist grants assistance firm, 15 years ago. Vebiz works across a the entire spectrum of grants for business and not-for-profit enterprises to identify and assist with government grants that help people realise their business and social objectives. Stuart holds an Honours degree in Applied Science and is a qualified R&D Tax agent.

Robert qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young and worked for several other CA firms including Coopers & Lybrand, before joining TNT Australia. Since 1992 he has worked in business consulting and helped to establish Vebiz as an advisory and grants consulting firm. He has been involved in activities with the small business sector and with significant projects for BHP, Boral and Vodafone. Robert has been working with grants since 2003. He holds degrees in both Business and Computer Science.
